Swap a grey UK winter for a camp week
November to February is when many UK trainers go. Thailand's Andaman side (Phuket, Krabi) is in its drier months then; see each area's month-by-month figures on our weather page before you pick dates. A first trip is often one or two weeks; the table below shows 1-week, 2-week and 4-week prices where the camp prints them.
What camps charge (each camp's own price)
A to Z. Nobody pays to be listed. Baht as the camp prints it; pounds are a conversion, not the price you pay.

Getting there
Flights from the UK go mainly from London Heathrow to Bangkok (BKK); Phuket, Krabi and Koh Samui are usually reached with a connection. Check the airline's own timetable for flight times and stops on your dates. We don't print flight prices or sell packages.
Visa
UK passport holders: up to 30 days visa-exempt from 15 Sep 2026, tourism only (GOV.UK). A calendar month can be 31 days, so count your days. Staying longer to train: DTV visa from the UK. GOV.UK entry requirements · count your days.
Travel insurance
Check before you buy that your policy covers Muay Thai training (some exclude contact sports, or cover training but not fighting), medical treatment and getting you home. GOV.UK's foreign travel insurance page explains what to look for. Tell the insurer you are training at a camp.
What to pack
Hand wraps, a gumshield, shorts and T-shirts that dry fast, flip-flops, a small first-aid kit and plasters, sun cream, and any medicines you take (in their box). Many camps lend or sell gloves; ask the camp. Glove sizes: only from a brand's own size chart (size charts). Full list: Starter Kit.
Ask a camp
Pick a camp and write your dates, level and questions. Your message goes from you to the camp, through the camp's own published contact; you book and pay the camp directly. We keep a copy with your reference for 365 days so we can follow up once, then it is deleted. How Ask a camp works.
