How it works

Training in Thailand?

Camps run two sessions a day. Plan yours with the training-week planner, then find a camp.

Who holds your money?

You pay the camp directly. Muay Thai Atlas never takes deposits or payments.

Ask the camp in writing how much, when, and whether it’s refundable.

If you book through an agent or booking site, that site takes the payment. Read its own payment and refund terms first.

Questions

How long is a Muay Thai round?

A full Thai-rules fight is 5 rounds of 3 minutes with 2 minutes' rest, which is this timer's first setting. Change it to whatever your coach sets.

Does the timer work offline?

Yes, once you've opened it once with a connection. Add the trip planner to your home screen and it opens without signal.

Will it keep going if my screen locks?

The timer asks your phone to keep the screen awake while it runs. All the bells and clappers for the session are queued in advance, so browsers that keep sound running with the screen locked still play them. If yours goes quiet, keep the screen on.

Are there ads?

No. No ads, no account, nothing to buy in the timer.
