Gloves

We don't print glove-size-by-bodyweight tables. RDX's F4 and F15 glove charts map ounces to bodyweight, so we leave them out. Choose by use: bag, training or sparring gloves.

What size shin guards do I need?

Go by the chart for the exact model. RDX's two shin guard charts (read 2 Nov 2026) both go by your height, but they don't agree above 170 cm: T1 says Large is 170-188 cm, the HYP-SIB says Large is 170-180 cm.

How do Muay Thai shorts sizes work?

By waist, on each brand's chart. RDX's MMA shorts chart runs from X-Small (28-29 inch waist) to 2X-Large (38-39 inch), read 2 Nov 2026. Muay Thai-cut shorts often fit differently, so check the chart for the model you buy.

What glove size should I get?

We don't print glove-size-by-bodyweight tables. RDX's glove charts go by bodyweight, so we don't copy them. Start with what you'll use the gloves for: bag, training or sparring.

Why aren't Decathlon's charts here?

Decathlon UK's pages refused our reader on 2 Nov 2026, so we have nothing dated to show. Check the chart on each product page.
