Questions

What is the air quality in Chiang Mai today?

Chiang Mai air quality at 06:00 Thai time on 5 Nov 2026: AQI 24, very good on the Thai index (Yupparaj Wittayalai School station, PM2.5 14.2 µg/m³).

Which Muay Thai areas in Thailand have the cleanest air?

It changes by day and season. The live table on this page shows each area's latest reading from Air4Thai. The islands and the south usually have cleaner air than Chiang Mai and the north in February to April.

Can I train Muay Thai when the air is bad?

Many people do on yellow days. On orange or red days ask your camp about indoor sessions or different times, and ease off if you get a cough, sore throat or sore eyes. This is general information, not medical advice.

Why is Koh Samui not listed?

There is no Air4Thai station on Koh Samui or Koh Phangan. The nearest is on the mainland, about 90 to 100 km away, so it would not tell you about the islands' air.
